Last update crashes when you try to open. Link to app support doesn’t work.

I like to sort my contacts in my own groups by alphabet but I can’t. Because they sort only by date and I don’t like it

I am using it to change groups and after dragging from old to new group, the entry is immediately changed in the contacts app.

I hated having to look through my contacts all the time, now I can organize them and find what I need in no time.

When I updated to iOS 14, almost all of my data was erased from the app. My groups have lost their colors. Groups are out of order. Worst of all, I cannot tell which contacts are not assigned to a group, because under “No group”, all of my contacts are listed. There is zero support for this app. The “Support” page on the App Store links to a Twitter page. I guess I have to sign up for Twitter if there’s any hope of restoring my data?!?

iOS version 14.0.1 on iPad I’ve used this App frequently on this iPad for sending emails to large groups to share news regarding former coworkers. Now all of a sudden when I try to send emails, the app closes. I’ve tried two nights in a row. Can you make any suggestions? It lets me select my Group name, click on BCC and then as soon as I click on Send Mail, the app quits on me. Please help! Thanks!

I just realized that any changes made in the app stay within the app. The changes you make are not made to the contacts on the phone. This makes this app totally useless. It hasn’t been updated for two years so I guess this app has been abandoned by the developers. Time to remove it from my phone.

This used to be a great app..... now ....... it just does not work. There is no connect to the contact list..... groups show up empty!!!!! Time to delete app and move on!

Great concept, but falls short. Looking to replace Apple phone app...and it needs dialer and voicemail.

Feature request: add an option to switch the mode from moving dragged contacts to copying them instead.

Unfortunately, I opened the app today but I found nothing all groups gone, any advice pls.

Works well for creating a group distribution list from your phone.

The app has now started showing all address info when I send a announcement.. people are responding in a group.. I DONT LIKE THIS !!!! How can I stop it ???

This contacts app certainly make it much easier to send group emails or group sms messages with just a few taps also if you need to omit someone from a normal group email it's very easy. The ability to choose to send SMS messages all at once or one at a time is s nice feature too Adding contacts to groups is as easy as drag and drop Thanks

Contacts added to more than one group no longer updates in Contacts (iOS 11.1.1).

Not able to contact developer or customer service support agent about GContact and various version differences. Very poor UI is difficult to navigate and figure out by lots of trial-and-error to get things done. Needs an English-enabled programmer/developer/software-engineer.

Hi, this app is great and very well

Stop looking for an app to organize your contacts and sending out group emails. This has to be the best app you will ever find. Easy, fast, and efficient period! I have tried other and they were terrible. I rarely write reviews, but felt I needed to support this app and save others a lot of headaches.

I downloaded this to be able to see phone numbers and such in my Apple Watch and it does nothing on the watch. Just tap all contacts and nothing. Created a group and the group does not show up on the watch.

Works for what I need.

I love the app but lately it crashes with everything I try to do and it won't keep contacts in my group, I'm constantly having to resort them. Fix those two things and I'll rate you 5 stars

I'm disappointed to find that I can only text to Apple devices. Also it appears that every email requires that you open each member in the group to select one of which there might be several emails or mobile numbers. If you have a group of a number of group members, that is going to be tedious. I might as well log on to my computer. The features are pretty easy to figure out and use.

Does not work with email. If you select a sub set, each time you select another email address, it reverts back to "ALL" email addresses.

Was a great app in the past but for many months now it doesn't finish the task/text/email etc keeps cutting out mid stream and misses sending out most the details being sent

Love being able to send one message individually but at the same time to many people!

4/14/15 The problem sited below has been fixed. Thanks! The app is awesome again. Since updating to iOS 8.2 I cannot send group emails and use bcc or cc. If I reboot my phone the group bcc works once. Then doesn't work the next time.

I was wondering why I couldn't get this to send to my groups and I see from the other review that it's because I uploaded IOS8.2! Now what can I do?!? I manage two very competitive soccer teams and this is the app I use to communicate with parents. I use this ALL THE TIME. Any suggestions?!?

I made the mistake of updating to iOS8.2 and now I can not use this app. The app does not load the addresses correctly. When they do load the system does not recognize the addresses and the SEND button is not activated. After a few seconds the addresses disappear.

Have several groups I send email too. This makes it easy to keep track.

Just disastrously bad... Don't waste your time

I used to love this app and couldn't get along without it. A few days ago I did an update to the app and I now find it unusable. It's still great for organizing and grouping contacts. I love that part. But since I ran the update, when I click on an individual contact and go to its screen, that screen is now just like the regular iPhone contact app that came with the phone, which I find unusable. That was the reason I switched to the gcontact lite app in the first place when I got my first iPhone years ago. Now I'm searching for a new contact app. Just so you know, the part of the app I'm referring to is the place where one individual contact has all his/her info listed (like the individual Rolodex card for a person), and for my uses, I put a LOT of info there for each contact. Please return the screens for each individual contact back the way they were. That used to be very convenient, easy to use, and easy to look at. If it's going to look and function just like the app that came with the phone then why do we need your app? Please create an update to return to the old format for the individual pages. Other than that, the grouping and organizing feature is great.

A great concept which addresses an absurd iOS issue- the inability the create groups and email them quickly. The problem for this app? For any group I've created in the past, if I attempt to edit the group members, the moment I try to save the app crashes. It closes, and my changes don't save. For me, that's a fatal flaw. Please fix!

Sweet and simple...keeps contacts organized and in clean visual groups!

A very easy to use app that doesn't have a bunch of bells and whistles but does the job nicely. I would recommend it if all you need to do is organize into groups and easily access you contacts.

This app provides the functionality advertised, but it would be nice if it could automatically send the "one at a time" instead of having to press "send" over and over again.

Nothing more, nothing less.

I got this app to delete unwanted groups. I delete one group them the app force closes. Please fix. Thanks

GContractLite gives you the additional functionality you need to easily manage and use your contacts. Some functions are a bit tricky to figure out but once you do figure them out all is well. Highly recommend this app.

I have used this app for quite awhile and loved it. Then it started putting any new number in gmail. Since I could not find any tech support I deleted the app and reloaded it. Now it crashes when opened. It's a shame , it used to be great. Guess I need to find another app, BUMMER!!!!

Love the app! Especially the one by one option. I would have rated it 5 stars, but you can't send mms one by one, only group text. Resolve that matter and it will be 5 stars all day long.

This app used to work well, but now won't let me add contacts to groups. Fix this problem and I will give 5 stars.
