It doesnt work. Favorites does not work. There are a full "phantom" set of groups after the regular ones. Drag and drop is unreliable and a number of my contacts that I dragged and dropped ended up on oblivion.

Too bad. Maybe it worked under a prior is, but it sure as heck is not working on my 4s with the most recent is. Very NOT happy.
